You couldnt have said it better. As far as forcing yourself to eat what your body really doesnt want. i am guilty of that as well. I think that it just goes to show us how much we eat because we want to, and how we stop listening to our bodies and how we want to entertain our pleasure sensories even when not wanting them.

Did you actually use HCG1234 product by creative bioscience? Did you also test for ketone and hcg via a pregnancy test?
