Oh lord. Look, I'm black, and I know a lot of black people. I really don't know any black people who go around playing the race card. I do agree that some blacks have been too cynical when it comes to racial issues in this country, and some are too suspicious of whites. But most of those folks are genuinely cynical. It's not just an act or game they play to get what they want. Still, that sort of cynicism is counterproductive and I hope many of those blacks shed such jaded distrust.
