He is no longer just dr. Reid he now has the same title as some of the others

He's always been an 'SSA' or an 'Agent' like every one else. In one of the earlier seasons it explained that they always try to refer to him as 'Dr.' because he was so young and some people might not take him seriously, so it was to give him a little respect. But now Reid is older so they refer to him as an agent. I think in one episode they said 'Dr.' and the person asked 'but he's FBI, too?' so I think it's so it won't be confusing. They still use all 3 titles though.

tah but he really didn't because in season three he got a medal and the newer tittle. I know he had the other tittles but he has one more

That wasn't a title, the medal was a Narcotic Anonymous chip for 1 yr sobriety (and it wasn't even his, an older det. gave it to him). Trust me, he has always been an SSA (it even says this in the first season). He has 3 doctorates and has had all 3 since before the FBI so I don't think he's gotten any new titles. They may have started using the other titles more but no new ones.
