Stephanie, the pronunciation for Niçoise is actually Neeswaz ... my husband and I lived on the Cote d'Azur for a summer and we ate Salade Niçoise just about every day (makes my mouth water just thinking of those days - we were addicted to it!) ... and also we both speak some French ... it would be Niswah only if there wasn't an "e" on the end of the word. Just FYI ... and i'm going to make your version of it today! (I love it with the little potatoes!)
