Many of u are missing the point. This is just a scenario exercise. Many technical papers r written as exercises. There have been many such exercises involving various designs of shuttlecraft since the 60s, even designs to replace the original STS. None of them but 1 made it & many of the others are not going to replace the retired STS. Just because these papers exist does not mean the designs will take reality. They are just the ghosts of ideas being tossed around the aero community. That's ALL.
