I cant believe this is so like my husbands case. He knew in short order he would not get a fair trial and refused to even attend his. thinking the evidence will tell the story. When evidence is lost, destroyed or surpressed there is no way to win once a prosecutor has you in their crosshairs. My husband has been in prison for 18 years for Murder 2 in New York state. I hope some day the truth will be known. These wrongful convictions are out of control.
