Okay my mom feels that the coach is a guy. I feel she's a girl. When I was watching this in the living room and this song came on my mom flipped. First she hates the song to begin with so yeah. She also hates her. So when that was put together she said "I'm sorry hon but if you don't turn this off the TV will be on the floor smashed." I was like WTF is your problem? I love the song. :)

this is the best performance in the whole series

not only is she a great singer (though i expect she had a bit of technical help) it's the whole performance that makes it great- you can hear the pure emotion to her voice and by the end you have shivers down your spine when she sings the final "Jolene"
