That is a special plasmid type thing that Tenanbaum (Spelling?) gives to you so you can get the slug from the little sisters without killing them. If you harvested them they will die. correct me if I'm wrong.

It's because the voice-box or your voice-box, generates your voice. So the voice-box for the big daddy makes you sound like an ogre getting hit on the head with a metal pipe.

i Think crouching helps not be noticed and Big daddy will get extremely pissed off if she gets zapped,

I fought a Big Daddy in that room too on my first playthrough. I lined the doorway with trap bolts and waited till he got in view before shooting him once with the pistol through the doorway. Then I just waited in the hallway lol.

for that daddy, just take a trash can or something, then put 6 proximity mines on it, then use telekenesis to shoot it it daddy.

Nothing. They just look at you all scared and run behind the big daddy. And since you basically attacked the little sister (although sisters can never take any damage, so they have no animation or blood for being attacked)the big daddy will get angry and start attacking you...

not true if you get a spider splicer and you have enrage you can kill the big daddy AND DONT HARVEST OR RESCUE and lure a spider splicer to you whare the little one is and enrage him he then well throw his hooks at her leaving blood marks on her

I watched Klines runthrough of this, and his approach to killing big daddys was to use the decoy plasmid then it took about 8 direct hits with electric buck to kill him and he was on hard I'm pretty sure..

It wasn't quite as clean as your method, but it would have probably been more effective in that little room than using trap bolts.
