@johnrehak, hm i haven't played WAR in some time now but I dont remember any change in 1.4 that made physical ranged dpsers worse. The tactic change or what?

The final fantasy music at 4;20 was nastalgic lol. Thanks for that :) My shammy is only lvl 21 atm and dps spec and having a blast. Not as good as my AM at that lvl but I am sure it will equal out and be just as fun. I am going down the gork line for max dps and I an kill anyone while kiting. I have issues with WH though that pop from stealth but i imagine it will like my AM at around lvl 28 where WE are not that big a deal unless they are pimped out. Nice vid keep them coming.
@SpaceMonkey1983 darn, I actually dont know. Im not using that anymore, but now that i realise it i might use it rather than WikkisCooldownPulse. That addon shows icon popping when it goes out of CD. U might wanna try that. WikkisCooldownBars are good aswell.
@SpaceMonkey1983 nope. I checked my old addons from our forums and my old addon folder but can't find any good possibility. It can't be WSCT, i think :), or... But those Wikkis addons are what i use for cooldown notify atm and, they show icon instead of name.

I am still in the process of grinding up my RR (currently 36) as a healer, and was wondering if you would give me your input as to what RR I can switch to DPS and become viable? Also, is there any special gear you could suggest that I should go after, and what tactics/spec do you use? All this help would really be appreciated! hay @forken874. Before going dps spec i would recommend shammie to have atleast following: rr55 with 2 Conq 4 Invader combo or full Conq with lower (wouldnt recommend going dps without rr55+), LotD cloak+jewe combo, blue LotD staff WITH LotD talismans/RvR SC staff (dps). Then later finish the set with 2 VL Glyphs and LotD jewel.
Always armor potted and liniments :)! Tacs: run away, more dmg less heal tac, 10% crit and mastery tree tactic depending on tree, Waagh Frenzy/Hurts dont it.
@Sabellbu thank you so much for getting back to me! I think I will try dps at RR 45 in full conq just to see how it is, and if not I will def. wait till rr 55 to go ahead with it. Do think 5 pc invader is better than 2 conq 4 invader b/c of the ap reduction proc? just curious about what you think regarding that. Also, how do you have your mastery points distributed if you dont mind, I would appreciate the help regarding that as well. Thank you for your response once again !
@forken874 np :). Int for Da green has double effect, because it increases both ur dmg and healing. Thus i use all out INT talis and rr tree, with 2 conq. In simple roaming around u will have enough ap without a Invader proc, but in SCs it can be pain because "Waagh! Frenzy" really takes all ur AP. In mastery trees i have upto Sticky Feetz in heal, and all rest points in Da Green, with all the abilities and waagh frenzy. Tip: learn good use of Bunch of waagh in ur kiting and bursting :)
@Sabellbu How much int /magic power, crit and wounds do you like to stay around? I am in full conq gear now, and am trying to find the correct balance ;P Also, what is your strategy against melee that jumps on you? I just end up dieing in a stun, or do you just knock them back and slow them/kite and pray lol? Maybe magic eye pocket item=profit lol? I have crook of radiance, do you think it is good to have or useless since most likely wont be hittin tanks?
@forken874 your question about stats is kinda "pointless" as 4 Inv 2 Conq is the best combo u can get, thus the stats you want to be around is what that combo gives you. Cant work your way out of that :). It gives u wounds bonus and double int bonus wich is what u wanna go for, 6.8k hp with liniment. If u die inside a stun, its a clear mark that u fought a player who highly overgears u and theres nothing u can do against em if they get to melee range and stun, thats a situation u want to prevent
@forken874 remember ur detaunts, kiteing, hots, CLEANSE (you can remove fuckloads of snares and debuffs!) and forget about praying :). Biggest advantage is that u can usually choose your fights (as a ranged kite master).
@Sabellbu AH, CLEANSE! I never do that, I will make sure to pay more attention to it ;P Do you have an addon which you could suggest to me to help me keep track of the debuffs I have on me? I find it very hard to be able to identify the debuffs I have on opponents=/ I saw ur previous post about the warhammer combat text addon, was wondering if you could suggest anything else that you found very helpful. @forken874 i dont use addons for debuffs, no special addons to help self only that i could recommend. Calling is a good addon to get for co-operating with other dps :).
Important to remember few key debuffs to cleanse: WH ranged snare (wich u nullify anyway by stafeing and not showing ur back), IB heal and armor debuff and snare, slayer snare and cooldown increase and many more. Try to learn those and many more :), its important. Healdebuffs dont affect ur heals via dps.

@MissJordz hehe cool :). Shammie is very strong in lower tiers in this kind of spec too so its cool, just have to learn heal other people with this, very strong single target heals but no group heal.
@Kurama363 hm not sure :). But judging my addons i guess WarhammerScrollingCombatText gives it (WSCT). Wich i use mainly for better looking dmg show and heal.
@Sabellbu i suppose so. I've got my invader stuff, but i dont have any good swords, and re-specing to DPS is too much effort and money which i dont have :P
Give to all healers physical dmg only and lets see how all of them rage quit like SWs, Squig herders and engis after patch 1.4 :-)
