if you read the SUBTITLES you will undestand that the patter is a combination of paraddidle , singles and doubles. if you read is very easy. the idea is to put on a group of FOUR other combination of 6 notes. if you read is very simple

yes, the basic concept is to put 6 and 4 pattern in the 4/4 bar with 16th notes. very usefull and cool..
