Naw, that guy was older. For some reason noone seems to own that projection, or has posted it on youtube from my knowlege.

Yeah, I figured out this is actually the first bust to the right. Their faces are distorted by small facial features on the bust like a nose.

This guy definitely looks toothless throughout the entire darn video.

The makeup effects that they used also include staining the teeth and mouth, you can see this on the original film prints very clearly. The lighting angles used also helped create a hollow effect, along with the orange filter used when it was shot on the B&W film stock to give a higher contrast to the overall effect.
