Watch the other montage videos, you will see that the English dub is actually really good, and I say that having gotten used to the original Japanese voices.
Saw them all and well... :P . Still I prefer the orginal. Nice work with Cecil and Cloud but it is probably beacuse of the public expectations. Those are the most popular characters after all :) . And even in the japanese version they "shined" . :)
In the end the Japanese voices will likely still be better, but I think this is the closest that Square Enix has gotten so I am ecstatic. xD
I'm not really passing judgment until I've beaten the game though. Playing the Japanese version has cursed me to not be able to enjoy the English voices as much as I would have.
Cloud has always been played by Steve Burton, but Squall's VA did change. For KH1, he was played by David Boreanz (he's the cop on the show Bones). For KH2 it was Doug Erholtz. I'm assuming that he will be the one voicing him in Dissidia.

They must've made a mistake, or Gabranth hasn't finished recording his lines yet? The game doesn't come out for two months (STILL) Maybe they're still doing some last minute recording?

Considering the superb job you did at butchering the english language, I'm going to guess you're not a native speaker and therefore could do a much better job. I can't wait to hear you voice all the characters:) That's all sarcasm in case you can't tell. Seriously to me, a native english speaker, these voices are superb. You need to reconsider your standards for sucky voice acting because this isn't it.
It's really nice to see people DEFENDING the English voices in a game for once, instead of saying how bad they are (since they often are pretty bad). It makes me so happy. ^^

All I know is that in the Japanese version both Ed and Zidane are voiced by Romi Paku, but if Vic Mignogna talks for Zidane that would be cool.

Unless it has changed, I'm pretty sure Zidane is voiced by Sam Regal.
Ed's voice actor is Vic Mignogna. Although it would be funny if it was Vic, because Zidane's Japanese voice actor is also Ed's voice actor.

You should probably hear the voice acting before you judge it. Only 6 characters have shown speaking clear, consecutive lines.
