You should get a saddle bag for your bike you could carry more groceries. There should be some decent ones at a Canadian Tire, that's where I got mine. I love it, I find it really useful. You can get fabric ones that Velcro on really easily, it looks like it would be compatible with your bike too.

"In the States" we DO call it "Macaroni & Cheese" (seeing it called "Kraft Dinner" was actually a bit jarring), but it IS delicious, and relatively quick and easy to make.

It's just funny how something as basic as mac and cheese can actually get a name change across a border. Also, I don't think I've ever seen Kraft PB down here (way down in the southeast US, the state of Georgia to be exact).
