I liked the show and it had good monsters designs but this intro is kinda rubbish and mostly makes you want to watch the original. It's way too edgy and some bits seem to be ripping off the Batman Beyond intro

@agochoa As a fellow child of the 80's I couldn't agree more about modern toons such as Ben 10, The Batman and all that CGI stuff. However you can't count this series in that list. This is one of the last well written cartoon series to come out of the 90's. It may have been a cash in, but it was actually a very watchable, funny and well thought out series. I respect your opinion, but it's not going to stop Ghostbusters fans that like the series from watching and waiting for a DVD release.

I'm a huge Ghostbusters fan and I have all the Neca figures, some Kenner, all episodes of the real ghostbusters (Timelife), comics, movies etc. This series was fun and the scripts were fantastic and in few cases far superior to some of the real ghostbusters earlier episodes. You may not have liked it, but in no way did it suck.

Im latino and reguardless if you have a latino leader or not, this cartoon sucked. The animation was low detail and half assed. Far inferior to the original "Real Ghostbusters".  And "underrated" would be actually giving it more credit than deserved. I hope the new movie steers as far away from this PC BS, as possible. I hope the game and the new movie can make us forget this dark chapter in GB history.

Actually, the diverse cast isn't stereotyped at all. Eduardo starts off as a slacker but develops over the serious into being a competent, hard worker with actual courage, Roland wasn't cool and wise-cracking like the usual token black characters, Kylie isn't depressed at all (her goth-ness doesn't go beyond how she dresses) and Garret was the only jock of the group despite being the one in a wheelchair, more able-bodied than the rest of the cast.
