I hate overhead work. I always get a crick in my neck for a few days after. Putting the second coat of mud on my ceiling repair later today, fun, fun. Looking good the exterior colors sound really cool.
Haha! The real reason I watch is to see the surprises, the crap you get yourself into that wasn't supposed to be part of the project. The simple adjustment that turns *itself* into major surgery.
Why? Because it happens to me all the time, and it's nice to see someone else suffering along with me. LOL
Working over your head can be painful. I haven't done much sanding, but I've been putting up furring strips and stapling / nailing up drywall and tile ceilings here, and it'll get to you.
You can't beat a good shellac and varnish finish. I just can't stand the plastic look of polyurethane. Glad to see you keeping the traditional finishing methods alive. It looks great so far, keep up the good work.
@RESISTCONTROL2 Everyone in our group is fine. 3 of the latest fatalities were instructors and the two collisions in the last two weeks were caused by instructors. Something is wrong and it must be taken care of or I'm gonna quit.
@nintendolunchbox Well I camp in it a lot so to me the inside is more important than the outside. The outside is what everyone else has to look at LOL...
It's a shame to take out the original counter tops. I hope you keep what you can for a future project.

@NotSoOldHippy Yes... I still have to finish it and then I will deliver it to it's new owner. I get to camp in it one night.

@FlatwoodsBushcraft I agree. So now I'm going over the entire thing with a coat of clear shellac. Should look fantastic when completed.

@kb1nyd Thanks Mike. I need a new camera and that's one of the reasons I have not been doing videos lately. Looking into that now.
