Moscow have not gone insane yet to give loans to the Ukraine. They already owe 2,3 bln for gas, they want to join NATO(at least Yuschenko) and spread fake propaganda about holodomor, they sell weapons to Saakasvilli's regime for third of market price, just to do more harm to Russia.
