you're fucked. the 1200 comes with 6 fans stock and it's to keep the tower cool how can a TOWER have problems without any hardware in it? maybe if you end up getting a factory defect but i know many people with the 1200 and i haven't heard of any of them having problems with the tower itself including all fans... ur trippin.

ya well as i said before the reason the Antec Twelve Hundred makes so much noise is the amount of fans mounted on/around the case the reason your computer would be silent would be reasons such as, not enough fans or liquid cooling... in which case your computer is either gonna overheat or you have big bucks to spend on cooling for ur computer... this case was ingenious and is always good at keeping internal temps down. 5 stars for Antec.

@charlesmatt one of my Imacs is as strong as a Mac Pro 4 core. I have them especially to produce vid & audio. I have a PC too. I don't use the PC regardless of it's strength for audio or vid production. PCs are not safe enough from viruses, they also are not as strong as the full spec'd Imac for this task. A Mac Pro with wipe the floor with that thing you got getting two more PCs of good quality and power, but they won't be doing what my Imacs are doing

I'm sorry but i highly doubt that. Also linux is a base operating system for hackers so saying it's not as safe as my PC you are definately confused your imac is just as vulnerable if not more so than my system regardless of your security.

I tend to disagree. They'll fit any graphics card if you're willing to bastardize the setup a bit. I have the antec 1200 and running crossfirex and 2 HDD, it is a VERY tight fit (2 5870s)...i had to do some serious cord manipulation. Not all full towers will fit any gaphics card. IMHO

In my opinion its the best you can go with. The corsair obsidian offers similar features but its huge, pricey and looks like the designer had no creative flair. The Cosmos S too is a very good case don't get me wrong. But it just cant match the versatility of antec's drive bay design. You can use it for anything from HDD to water cooling platform to housing a huge radiator. And the finishing is amazing. Its all black. Dust collection is my only complaint. Also its less than $300. Perfection!

Yer, haha everything in Australia is overpriced. Cause its a shit hole. lol. Um, well the inside is not dusty at all. It just collects on the filters and dulls out the LED fans after a month or so, making it look like crap. And Im just lazy and don't like unscrewing the HDD cages. =P

Cosmos S is little bit bigger than 1200. Cosmos S got CoolerMaster's stock coolers and they are fine but Antec 1200's TriCools sucks. If you buy Antec 1200, replace coolers to Noctua but if you buy Cosmos S.. dont do anything. Cosmos S won.

cosmos s is 4 inches taller and almost 3 inches wider. almost 2 inches longer, its a better full towe case for water cooling and bigger power supplies and such
