Overclocking: A practice undertaken by self-proclaimed "modders" or "hackers" to make a processor go faster by simply applying more power to it. I say "self-proclaimed" because 99% of the time, these guys are not really hackers, but simply following instructions that they've read online somewhere. Why overclock? Good question! There's really no need to O/C a DS. People used to O/C computers to get smoother graphics/higher framerates. But it's not really necessary with todays processors.
