I had Bonzi build a boat for me this year and I have had nothing but problems with the poor quality and mistakes they made during construction. The water pump was hooked up wrong causing water to be ingested into the brand new engine. Then it wouldn't run for more than a few minutes even at 20% power. That turned out to be a tank full of plastic shavings that clogged the fuel lines, fuel filter and carburetor. Then the very expensive custom paint job started flaking off.
@pouncey007 Electric powered models was around much longer then nitro or gas but they are just now getting better with in the last 5 or 6 years with brushless and lipo power. How ever, they will never have that awesome sound or smell or the smoke like a nitro or gas model does. It's all about what a person is into not just use what everyone else does. I like both depending on what I am doing. Bashing and just having fun would be nitro/gas... electric for crawling, drifting, and racing.
@havinrcfun Thanks for warning everybody but how was the customer service. Keep in mind this is a custom build....still sounds like some really silly build mistakes though.
@havinrcfun anyone that would spend that amount of money on a rc boat should be smart enough to know how the boat should look like on the inside sure you might have got the boat with some issues but it sounds like your too dense to know what to look for b4 starting !!!!!
