Artificial sweeteners are horrible chemicals that inhibit the liver from burning fat. If you want to burn fat and increase lean muscle then you need to cut out all the chemicals and additives in your food so that you can take pressure off your liver and let it do an optimum job of burning your fat. Instead of using equal, use stevia which is a natural herb and just as sweet as equal whilst not being toxic to your liver.

ok. stevia tastes like tar (in my opinion!) do u guys have Splenda in Oz... it's sucralose.. i think it tastes the closest to sugar. and as a diabetic- i've tried am ALL lol
