interesting video,ive seen a large cigar shaped object in the "night"sky it was slightly illuminated ,it almost looked like a vertical flourescent light,that was visible even thru a cloudy sky.this was in SA australia,to estimate the size,given the distance,id say 3-5 miles long,maybe 1 mile wide....
