You're NOT supposed to have both elbows locked like that due to the fact that it WILL hurt your arm or hand... especially when you're firing a .50 cal Deagle. I know this because my dad's a cop and his instructors specifically told him to keep one arm slightly bent (left arm if you're right-handed/ right arm if you're left-handed) and the other arm straight for increased accuracy, balance, and so that you don't hit yourself in the face when you're not paying attention.

It was shot on a Canon 8MP digital camera, which is adequate for a bit of fun on YouTube. I'm not in the habit of taking my Sony HVR-Z1U HDV video camera to the rifle range.
