Hi Ben, the arrangement, as Perleeman says, is a Tom Meijer, but has been supplied by Tom to a number of music suppliers, including Andrew Pilmer, Andrew Whitehead, Sounds Organised and J Verbeeck. As a result this arrangement is very popular on a wide variety of organs worldwide, all playing in different styles, including 89 key VB scale. Sign of a successful arranger :-)
I've got this medley on one or two (or maybe more) tapes and CD's being played by different makes of organ. I know that Chippa or one of his book arrangers did this medley for some of the Gavioli's, Marengh's etc that are in England (some of which that still going). Ben
