dude thats good you have ur leg high on the bike have it pressed right againts the gas tank and put lots of pressure on the other peg! and reember each time ur foot hits the ground u loose balance and each time u sit down give it more gas and be in ur powerband dont shift till you are and i gurenteee you you will be faster
just one friendly tip, don't sit so much, try standing all the way and when you get to turning, try sitting down and it will be alot eazier to brake and keep in mind that when you seat down you need to add some gass.
try to push down on the foot peg that is up when ur turning. turning left = right foot peg. turning right = left foot peg. its give the front tire a lot more grip. a have a trainer and we just gone done perfecting my turns
put pressure on but not too much. it lift you up a little so your not digginig in on seat and compressing suspension. plus you don't feel as much of the bumps witch gives you more confadence.
cool
