Sheikh Nazim should be telling everyone to be going to the shrine of Imam Al Hussein (as), in Iraq. He is a greater Awliah of God than Abdul Qaadir al Jilaani. Or, go to the Shrine of The Seventh Direct descendent of Prophet Mohammed's shrine 'if' they are in Baghdad. This again, is more important than Qadir Al Jilani. The world has forgotten Imam Ali and Imam Al Hussein, and have put themselves and their 'secondary saints' on thrones. THIS is why the people of Iraq are in a mess.

Allah says that the martyrs are not dead, he provides sustenance Martyrs do jihad and give their life for Allah. The Prophet sallala o alaihi wassallam has also told us that the real jihad is Jihad-e-Akbari, where one conquers desires of nafs and whispers of shaitan. All awliya do this jihad which is the most highest form of jihad in the court of Almighty Allah. So if Allah forbids us to call shaheed dead, how can saints be dead? Saints are here to request and pray to allah on our behalves.

Yeh or better why not go to the shrine of Imam Ali. I mean who is better than Ali, not even Abdul Kadir himself.

Not that i believe in going to graves or asking dead people for help, but if i was choose who is closer to Allah, then i would definitely give preference to Ali, and then Husain and then Abdul Kadir. They all are very pious people and i respect them all so much, but since now they are dead, i believe WE should pray for THEM, and not the other way around by asking them to help us.

I deeply got concerned and some times even confused when I see this splited opinion in muslims, the problem is we are not thought about shirk very well thats why for every thing which is not present in muslims for some reason we call it shirk, for example I thought kissing hands and feets were shirk but come to realize its not because sahaba kissed the feets of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), so pls don't do takfeer and listen to arguments and then reserach instead of imposing shirk and kufr on muslims.

Beware!! Shaydon is very cleaver....First people honor the sheiks that have passed away(nothing wrong with that), then they start asking them for help and guidence(instead of asking allah directly). Then they build statues to remember them(creating Idols). Then they start worshipping the statues(Shirk). then they forget about Allah all together(becoming kafrs). Beware! Stick to the Quran and Sunna of the Prophet (S.A.W).

Those who have passed away ( may Allah have mercy on them) Will not benifit you on the day of judgement. Only the Prophet(S.A.W) will speak on behalf of the Uma. And it's even Shirk considered shirk to ask him for help beyond his grave. Allah is the all knower, all see'er, and all hear'er, ask only him directly for help.....
