there is a county by-law where i live that doesnt allow cats to be "at large" , basicaly treats them like dogs . they must be on a leash if they are outside . doesnt seem to make a big differnce here though. my dad sets live traps for the cats and gives them to the dog catcher {over 2 dozen a year},because they kill all the birds at his feeders and use the vegetable garden for a toilet. hope the rest of the tukey chicks did ok . = )
