It would be a huge upset if he didn't win. His performance is one of the best performances ever!!!! Sean Penn transformation in Milk was good but I'm more impressed with Heath's because ha had to do a dark and complex character but still be funny and charasmatic.  And he did it seaminglessly. RIP Heath!
