yea real long extraction mate, shot should be dripping with hints of red streaks at the beginning and then gradually move into a rich pour. this had signs of a dodgy shot

If you're a stickler for a 19-24 sec pour then, yes, that was a long one. However, if you're basing your extraction on the beans, roast profile, milk used and, ultimately, personal taste then for me this one was about right.

Extracted far too long and flat whites should ideally be made in a cup, not a glass.
