@RainbowCaramels there are some nail colours(....well not colours)...but u can draw it all over ur nail and every time u bite ur finger u have an disgusting taste in your mouth...don't know how long it takes, but if u put it on regulary u will surely stop biting ur nails^^ it looks just like a basic colour

@RainbowCaramels Hey, I just happened to see your comment! I had the same problem a few years ago. One strategy is to get tips (but I don't recommend it cuz it weakens your natural nails). Another strategy is to get a nail polish that tastes horrible (you'll have to experiment to find). Lastly, you can put tape over your nails from front to back. If the difficulty doesn't stop you from biting your nails, the embarrassment will. God bless!

I use glitter pretty regularly and what I found that works is to use a curved cuticle pusher to scoop out some glitter and sprinkle it over that way. I keep my glitter container under my nail so I don't waste any, all of my extra falls back in the jar.
