What I would have done if those cops came up to my bumper from the blind spots, such as 1:12 and 1:29 is make use of breaking. If timed right, the cop cars will miss if the person broke right then and there. After they miss, speed right back up. If they try that technique again to spin the car out, use breaking skills, if the car is able to, it can break while turning. Yeah I'm using Gran Turismo and GTA physics, but it would work if you think about it. :P

What if police sets sirens on becouse of exceeding speed limit 10km/h and the driver gets panic (yes, even for little things!!!) and accelerates more than he can handle and gets though this killed? Then its actually more polices fault that they did not knew when it was time to let go. They only let you go if its a) over their experience level, b) if you drive to private houses area.
