This master blows my mind! I've heard Whammy many times through and know there are awesome songs in there, but the master, particularly the volume of the drum machine, kills it. Yet the levels here are perfect. It wouldn't take much to remaster Whammy and make it the amazing album we all know it is! I'd buy it for sure, especially on Vinyl.

Its interesting that after an initial interest in the UK following on from punk and the emergence of New Wave, the B52's seemed to disappear from off the radar here. Only 'Love Shack' really made any waves. What a shame I say! Having recently rediscovered them I am in awe at their unique pop tunes! What a truly great band....
