Sometimes we make scrambled eggs and put them together with two pieces of toast and make a scrambled egg sandwich for eating on the go. More filling then people might think they are. Also I used to put a little bit of muffin mix in a coffee mug and put it in for 4 minutes or so. I don't remember how long but I was quite proud for figuring that out just about 5 years ago when I only had a microwave and not an oven at the time.
