We have the most contradicting terms one could even imagine: Science is commited to facts, rational thinking, provable or falsifyable hypothesis - and unambigous, repeatable proofs, while UFoolOgy operates with claims, religious faith, misinformation, fairy tales - and a highly developped money rip-off business. It will take humanity a couple of centuries - if not millenia - until the true reasons of UAP sightings will be discovered by scientific means.
