Just finished reading the book, and seriously, it was good. Never read a N Sparks novel before. I read it out of curiosity, cringing at the thought of reading a 'sappy' book, but honestly it was not lovey dovey at all. A bit here and there, but overall it wasn't about the 'boy meets girl and falls in love' far from it actually. Was pleasantly surprised.
