Good demonstration. So to flash all digits simultaneously you can use the automatic blink function. This is controlled by the display controller and does not need any code besides turning the blink function on. If you keep the 2nd page blank and turn blink on then all characters will blink simultaneously when the driver chip switches to the 2nd page. Automatic blinking supports fast and slow blink and frees up your processor. All segments are also in sync.
