The technology education one is right.. I mean I live in S.C and I have been wanting programming courses for like 3 years. But no one likes programmers in SC.. No high school courses in my town or any middle school courses. All we have is media classes that teach how to use word. I want to learn about compiler theory not how to copy and paste things.

There's nothing here that works without electricity and technology and thus none is sustainable.

I continue to be amazed at the fact that nobody is exploring for the source of unlimited, non-polluting free energy. The idea that we can all have unlimited energy to drive transport, heating/cooling and production that effectively eliminates the current energy scarcity/dependency model from the face of the earth. Availability to free energy frees every nation and people from gov/utility slavery.

Google should step up this Shweeb thing. I say they put in real money and build a it for venue to venue travel for the 2012 London Olympics. That kind of exposure would show if it is viable and launch it forward. Otherwise it will be 30 years before the idea is placed in a major city.
