im only putting this here cus then it will stay here for other people to read... but if you want it perfectly aligned then set it to -900 not -255 or -254 which is what people normally say to do! i experimented and i typed in -900 and it is perfectly aligned in the middle on the icon and the rectangle/square thing is the same size as the quick launch buttons! try it rather than this... just the same method but different value data!

Do the opposite of what you did to put it there. So delete the file that you created or set it back to 0.

I'm not sure what you are talking about because you're spelling is completely off. You can edit the numbers in the code to whatever you want, that will make things bigger or smaller.

It's because you are using XP or have an XP theme. You have to increase the number from -255 to like -260 and see how it goes.
