@trubluniano Definitely! It depends on your fitness level. I think 3 is a good repeat number for a 10 minute workout if you are able. Let me know how many times you could do it. Aloha!
@trubluniano I did it to the song so it was a timed to the music, but I counted the reps for you that I did, so here it is. I did 10 sets of the dip/pu (each dip/pu= 1 set), 11 reps on each leg of the MMA drill, 36 tuck jumps , 27 jack squats, so because it was done to the song, you can round these numbers out if you don't want to do it to the song, ie. 12 dip/pu, 12 MMA, 30 tuck jumps, 24 jack squats repeat 3 times.
