I am not a psychic, but I take a couple criminal justice classes in college. I predict the doctor being charged with murder and being able to plea to the lesser charge of manslaughter or criminally negligent homicide. This is because to get a murder conviction the state would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the doctor intended to kill Michael Jackson. I don't think he meant to, but it definitely one the wort fuck ups in medical history.

I don't think the prosecutor would charge him I definitely see them chargeing him with manslaughter in fact that is what the search warrant affidavit said they were seeking evidence of manslaughter. The question is whether it would be involuntary manslaughter which some states refer to as negligent homicide which carries a lesser sentence than voluntary manslaughter which would mean stiffer sentence and would definitely include prison term. I don't know if they would even offer him a plea deal

I'm not sure if I would call this a murder, but it definitely has criminally negligent homicide written all over it. For those who don't know, criminally negligent homicide is a lesser charge similar to manslaughter where a person recklessly causes the death of another without intending to.
