Very helpful video. I tried wet chopping some cabbage last night for coleslaw. I was quite nervous about it and my husband was laughing at me thinking it wasn't going to work. But you know what it worked perfectly. The only thing I would recommend is that you drain the cabbage very well, even give it a squeeze to get the water out. Otherwise soupy coleslaw.
