@jarostone you're right. It is "Hanyuu Furud" from "Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai" (ひぐらし の なく 頃 に 解). The title gives it as visual novel and anime, but the original is the visual novel.
@DrunkenEight2010 Sir if I'm asking if it is the person all I need is a Yes. I think I know what anime and novel it is from if I asked about the character. I mean how would I know the character if I never watched the anime before >.>?
