we got like 12 different kids of marinated meats, marinated flap meat, marianted chick roll, marinated short ribs, chicken fajitas, beef fajitas, marinated pork steaks, marinated chicken for BBQ, marinated spicy pork, marinated spicy beef , chorizo, dried longaniza, among others. cuts , shoulder clod, peeled knuckle, Inside round, too many to mention, pork, beef, seafood, just take advantages of the show case, it;s a big and beautiful showcase,.

yuu have a lot of empty space on that showcase, you should put more cuts, or marinated meat, suchs short ribs, marinated chicken, marnated pork from B/I Pork butt. you can cut in 1/4 in. slices men you have lot of space, I'm a butcher, i've been butchering my whole life.
