@djjezza Of course it's not rocket science but he never claimed to be the owner of the content. I think you're missing the point, which is, how can anyone aside from the actual content owners submit a copyright infringement claim on any properties that are commonly used for promotional purposes only. That's like me uploading an NBA game winning shot at the buzzer but get upset & other youtubers with the same footage & then file a copyright complaint on them. It's a bitch move & I agree with him.
