fyi - while the claims may have been false because the person claiming to hold copyright was fraudulent, you are committing copyright infringement by uploading this because you do not hold the copyrights to this broadcast. its not rocket science.

@djjezza Of course it's not rocket science but he never claimed to be the owner of the content. I think you're missing the point, which is, how can anyone aside from the actual content owners submit a copyright infringement claim on any properties that are commonly used for promotional purposes only. That's like me uploading an NBA game winning shot at the buzzer but get upset & other youtubers with the same footage & then file a copyright complaint on them. It's a bitch move & I agree with him.
