  • muy bueno tuu!!

    mañana apruebo fijo!!

  • Sorry, but in FCE is not needed to describe both pictures ( 7:45 ), since you only have one minute to speak and describing takes a lot of time, you only have to tell why this people use pt

  • @lorenzokpo88 As far as I concern, you have to describe the pictures just a little and It's also a good way to let you time to think how answer the question and what are the differences, here are good tips to describe them, maybe it's too much for a real exam but is a good example. In my opinion the guy of the video speaks too slow, It's a bit maddening listen to him talking. Anyway, it's a very useful video, Thank you very much.

  • thank you, very helpful video

  • THE VIDEO IS GOOD.MADE ME IMPROVE.THANK U VERY MUCH

  • I think this is very useful. I'm thanking you for sharing it with us. Next monday I've got my FCE-speaking test. And I'm very nervous. I think this video has helped me a lot. Thank you!

  • I had 84 points on the BEC exam. I hope that I'll pass the FIRST certificate tomorrow.... :-/

  • Glad you found them useful and goog luck,

    Bob

  • Thanks for uploading all these FCE videos! I have my oral test in two hours and I couldn't practice very much due to my lectures at the university! With your recommendations I think all is worked out :)

  • Nice vid and very helpful but do you really think it's necessary to speak so slowly and deliberately considering the level FCE candidates should be at? If someone spoke like that in the exam, they would have marks deducted for pronunciation due to the lack of linking. Also, the full /thi:? (can't write IPA symbols here) is WRONG. The reduced form with a schwa is used before every noun starting with a consonant and would be the CORRECT pronunciation in many of the phrases modelled.

  • Hello bob, thanks for uploading these videos of FCE. I hope you can add more videos explaining task 3 and task 4 of the speaking xam.

  • Thanks for your comments and I hope it goes well for you today.

You understood what I said very well - "Personally speaking I would far rather be in the first photograph under a nice tree than doing nothing on the beach...umm..what else can I say?...errr..well that's about it really."

You can tell that I was running out of things to say. ;)

  • hello, thank you very much for the advice. I'll have the speaking test tomorrow and I'm extremely nervous. I didn't understand what you say at the end of the latest two photographs (park with a tree vs beach). You said something like this: ".. Personally speaking I would far rather be in the first photograph under a nice tree than doing nothing on the beach...emm..what else can I say...emm..well that's XXXXXXXXX?????" I wonder if you could tell me what you say exactly. Thks a lot!
