somehow or another game intro's bluff, take for example, Hard Truck 2, looks great in the intro, but the acctuall game is not what you'd think (in other words, the intro lies, cuz it makes the game look cool, but its not) but this looks like a cool game

Yeah but there are more places to see in 18 wheels of steel and most of the people like me have been able to make the game better than this. In this game you only get to drive around California. :P Besides, there have been so many delayed releases to this game because there are so amny bugs that they were trying to fix that it just ain't funny anymore.
