  • While i agree with most of the people here, this is one of my fav TNG epi's. On the other hand it would of been nice to see the end where Picard shows he over came the language barrier ...though im bias cause I just wanted to see the rest of the episode ...lol

  • Quite possibly my favorite TNG episode. Great job editing! My question has always been: since they based their entire system of communication on an ancient epic, where did they find metaphors for things like warp drive, matter-energy transfer and other high tech equipment? The English language has evolved. 200 years ago words like download, cyberspace and emoticon did not exist.
