you should change stances more often, i see u basically never used turtle to absorb half of ulti dmg 2 times, but anyway this video show that u worked well in team, not solo fights, 4/5

Pheonix is based off your attack speed for dps, the AP ratio is utter crap you shouldnt get nashors etc. Pick up madreds blood razer, which will add a lot of damage to your output since your just stacking speed. Then just get phantom dancer, and sword of the divine (hello, it has the same effect as pheonix! It does 100 damage every 4th hit, and with pheonixs crappy .25 AP ratio, its the equivalent to 400 AP). No zerker greavers other boots are much more useful than 25% atk spd

@KamikazeCaptain You forgot about the damage from activating phoenix. It's still a good idea to get a madred's, but phoenix's damage alone isn't as bad as you make it out to be.

How is the itembuild for Udyr?

It's something based around AP and Attack speed rather than damage because you don't really use attack much. AP For Phoenix bursts and Attack Speed for MORE Phoenix bursts. I would generally start off with maybe a Vamp Scepter and then build into malady. Get Zerkers Greaves and then get a Guinsoo's Rageblade and pretty much from there, you can get any AP or Attack speed items. I get Bear early for a quick speed boost and then a stun so i can finish up with a phoenix as you can probably see.

I came across the build when I was talking with the peeps on vent like Bigbad and stuff. I was playing a turtle bear originally then they brought up the idea that Phoenix just got buffed so I thought it might be pretty sweet to do a build around Phoenix. A phoenix build is nice for early game because you can keep your counterparts at a distance because of the phoenix passive and if they're pushing very far then you can just activate Phoenix to push them back a bit. It's pretty sweet eh :P

i ended up making my main build with Udyr into, turtle,bear,turtle,bear,turtle­,bear, etc. then pushing more into pheonix and building him tank/support rather than a pure pheonix build, but then again this was back before he was hotfixxed

Yeah and this was what most people were doing but when Udyr was free, and I was facing off against other Udyrs. Other Udyrs I vsed would get Phoenix as soon as I had killed them about 3 times because they would realise the potency of the Phoenix bear build. Bear for chasing and stunning then Phoenix for mad dps. Anyway you can ask anyone on the vent. They know I'm the baddest Udyr around >:D
