  • GET A PS3!!!!

  • I suppose in all Honesty I should update this since it has been awhile, that X-Box ended up junk the Motherboard was so warped from heat no x clamps or anything else was worth it I was able to combine two console parts to get one working. The only important thing I can say is do keep the Drive and the one chip that is for that drive or your other console won't recognize the drive, this helped me out with yet another problem 360.....

  • Dude take it apart and get into the motherboard and use the penny trick (two pennies wrapped in black tape) I just spent like 4 hrs f'ing with mine and I just took off them sticky tabs and placed em under each penny and thats it, mines been working good !!

  • I bet your daughter was born without a tongue,..whistles like a bird and eats like a horse... LOL

  • Well I traded a Guy for it,he got the RV I got the Xbox....Shitter was still full..

  • Since When Did Randy Quaid Play Xbox ??

  • what it is a hard ware faler the only way to fix it is to send it to microsft or buy a new one

  • now i feal bad fore laghfing =[

  • hahaha XD

  • In the rings of death, an easy fix goes like this: first take off both CPU/GPU heatsinks, use a razor blade and scrape the paste off both pieces of the sinks, and the chipsets underneath.use a screw driver to remove the X-clams from the board, nexted get some goo remover and remove what you can, then go to a computer store and get some artic 5 thermal compound and re apply a then layer over the chipset. apply back in place and some #8 washers snap them on and push hard to hold in place. fixed!!

  • The reason that u put the aluminom foil around the other components is to protect them while your heating the mother board with a hot air gun

  • just a guess, dont even have a 360 but, the Over heat error may overwrite whatever the 3 rings error is for, and reset itself.

using a towel seems risky though. I was wondering if there was a way to find the temp monitor and just heat that... as for foil... unless you want to short the board.... dont use it.

  • here is wht u do dude u sell ur remaining 360 bc microsoft is not bringing out new 360 for all the owners it will cost them over a bilion dollers after u sell 360 u buy 60 gb ps3 only 500 and it is better go to my profile and it is the choice with a blue wit white print
