The black course has a rope you jump on and swing into a net and it feels like a free fall. That is pretty scary. But besides that, the courses progress gradually. You do need some upper body strength. We go to the Adventure park every year when we visit. Usually a group of 8 or so ages from 14-65 and we all finished the black course. We all really enjoy it. It gradually progresses for a challenge. You can stop at any time at the end of each course.

We try to go Adirondack Extreme every year. The course has changed since 2008, still a lot of fun. There are many more zip lines.

We were really lucky with the weather. A little rain, but we had many days of sunshine. The past 2 weeks have been really lovely.
