I've become fascinated with shuttle landings and really applaud those that pilot it. Col. Melroy made it look easy... even with the clouds obstructing the view of the runway when 2 minutes out and 11,000 feet up. I've been practicing shuttle landings on my flight simulator for months and in my nearly 29,000 flight sim hours, I find it the most challenging aircraft to land of any.
